Deck construction (30 minutes for deck construction, 20 minutes to register) Each player receives one sealed Lilo Gift Box PLUS at least 1 booster from any Set so they have at least 6 boosters, to make a 40-card minimum deck. The Lilo promo card in the gift box CANNOT be used in a player’s deck. As per Sealed format deck construction rules, there are no colour restrictions and no limit on the number of copies of any single card (a deck may have more than 4 copies of a card if a player opens them in their pool).
