# Hydra (2 VS 2) tournament
On Sunday, november 2, we are organizing a Hydra Tournament of Disney Lorcana, a (provisionally) experimental, 2-player version of the game.
Each deck must comply with the standard deckbuilding rules, with a small exception:
Before the event begins, players either pair up with their chosen partner, or get randomly paired with another player who participates (if the tournament starts with an uneven number of players, exceptionally one random three-player-team may be created. These players alternate playing in pairs with one player waiting until its next match.
When pairing with a chosen player, both decks of each player can't share the same colour(s), so they each need to have a deck with 2 different colours from the other.
This event also has specific 2-player rules (see below).
1) Players share a lore pool and need a total of 40 to win the game.
1) Each two-player team takes their turn simultaneously.
2) The team does not share any resources such as ink or characters/items/locations (outside of Sing Together - see below - and the shared Lore pool)
.* For instance, any reference to "you" on a card still applies to the individual playing the card or triggering the effect.*
3) Effects that read "each opponent" or "each player", however, affect each team member separately. (Your teammate is "another player" but not "another opponent").
*For instance, Aladdin-Street Rat causes each opponent to lose 1 Lore. This causes both opponents to lose 1 totaling a loss of 2 from their shared total.*
4) Players can challenge any legally targetable characters of either opponent, use actions, songs, and quest in any order they see fit between the two teammates.
You may not sing songs for your teammate or pay for anything for them.
Exception: the “**Sing Together**” ability allows teammates to help sing that particular song.
5) Team that goes first must be determined prior to drawing starting hand.
6) Both Players of the team that goes first skips their first draw step.
7) All players perform mulligans as normal.
8) Teammates can share hand information and discuss their turn order together.
*Note: If either teammate needs to draw and can't means that team loses.*

For entry, players get a promo card, league points as well as entry in a mini raffle.

Entry cost: 5 euros per player (or 10 euros for a duo-team).
